Rigging and Previs (Update 5)
I took an interesting route when it came to the rigging of the soyuz rocket. I used a computer game titled "kerbal space program" to calculate the center of gravity of each stage, and this was particularly useful when it came to animate korolev's cross.
I was able to perform this due to the kind efforts of the kerbal mod community where I got the soyuz vehicle from as a reference (https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/198004-111x-soyuz-tma-and-r7-v10-09112020/)
The yellow ball is the reference to the center of gravity and the purple arrow is the direction of thrust.




Previs
I completed the full sequence for this previs. I would say animation is 95% there.
Environment Texturing (Update 6)
For this update, I made some progress with the texturing in the struts. Next update will feature the complete textured product.
